Amanda Schwartz is a partner in the firm’s litigation section. Amanda has extensive experience in defense litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, medical and professional malpractice and other personal injury and wrongful death tort litigation. Prior to joining Martin Snow, Amanda practiced with firms in both Mississippi and Virginia. As a litigator, Amanda has represented individuals, businesses, insurance companies and governmental entities in various courts and jurisdictions throughout the country. Specifically, Amanda has been admitted to practice in North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi and Virginia.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Emory & Henry College in 2002, and her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005.  Following law school, Amanda clerked for the Honorable Glen M. Williams in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
